Refund Policy

All booth reservations made through this website are subject to the terms outlined below. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.


Booth Reservations


All booth reservations are final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstance described below.


Eligible Refunds


Refunds will be issued only if:


  • A booth reservation is purchased at a time when all booths for the selected event are already sold out due to a system or inventory error on our end.
     

If this occurs, the purchaser will be notified promptly and issued a full refund to the original payment method.


Non-Refundable Circumstances


Refunds will not be issued for:


  • Change of plans or inability to attend
     
  • Late arrival or no-show
     
  • Dissatisfaction with the event, venue, or experience
     
  • Weather conditions
     
  • Denial of entry due to failure to meet venue policies (including dress code, age requirements, or behavior)
     
  • Event lineup or schedule changes
     

Refund Requests


In the event of an oversold booth reservation, no action is required from the customer. Refunds will be processed automatically once the issue is confirmed.


Refund Processing


Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
